Job description: Managing customer relations and customer retention, mainly via phone and internet. The job has sales and marketing aspects, as well as monitoring customer's accounts and retaining them. The position requires financial knowledge and keeping up with financial events in order to provide clients with relevant updates.

Profile: French– native speaker.
BA degree in Business Management / Economist / finance
Full control of MS Excel + ability to analyze data and present conclusions
Basic knowledge and interest in finance and economics
High preference will be given to candidates with experience in the field of Forex
Full time job – Monday to Friday
